Richard Owain Roberts was born in a field on Ynys Môn and now lives in Cardiff, Wales. He studied English Literature at the University of Manchester before joining the Creative Writing MA programme at LJMU. His fiction and non-fiction has appeared in a variety of places in print, online, and radio.

Richard is the winner of the 2019 PENfro Festival Short Fiction Prize, as judged by Niall Griffiths.
